I have done that however, both on normal overkill and pro
I have done that, I even filled in a checklist of all heists, but no luck.
I just go this pc a couple months ago (june). I purchased the game on this pc and never switched.
Incase anyone wonders, I almost always play with 1 friend, not public, sometimes with others I met before.
I guess I have to redo all... thankfully I did bank heist, big bank and every armored transport today
Do keep in mind though, when you get disconnected from steam it is very hard to notice this in-game. Because the game connections are peer-peer. So once people are IN your lobby, and if you then lose connection to steam, they stay in. Once they leave though, they cannot rejoin (nor can you join other people's games) nor can other people join your hosted game until you restart steam.
So if that happened, or something like that happened, right after you got done with a heist, then yea, you'd need to redo that heist.
