Idea to reduce kicking at the end of the heist
To get max xp crew must be full, right?
So why not to explicitly state on every kick that xp is now reduced (untill the crew is full again)? Its just stating the obvious. No change to existing game mechanics, right?

Sure, kicks might still happen but host has to wait another player to join before exiting...

Agree with you. Too many mor#ns kick people for fun and for sake of cool screenshots at end of missions when all is done.

There should be only a vote kick option at moment when the escape is available..

What if the soon to be kicked teammate is a complete moron who decides to not leave together with the team when he had the chance, and he proceeds to try holding off for himself while the rest of his team is fighting AT the escape point, the guy is bound to be dropped at one point and that means there is another 30 seconds before the team can escape. Its better for the host to kick the player then escape rather than having the heist lost altogether just because that one teammate ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up big time.

Just start hosting your own game if you don't trust others. I think out of all the heists I have been playing, I have only been kicked 2 times on the escape part..

All these posts are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid and meaningless, its like making a post about every idiot that doesn't know how to cook on rats or RPG suicide squad. Its just some stuff that will happen rarely, and there isn't really a good solution to solve this without hurting 90% of the heists done, all because of that small 5% being with idiots.

To be honest I don't see where a suggestion which simply includes displaying a message about the result of an action which is already in the game warrants such a ragepost.

There is Vote Kick too you know. And this Vote Kick should only apply to long missions like Hoxton Breakout, when you bust your #ss trying to help completing the tasks and some 9 year old sucka just kicks you out of the game for fun, cause he gets kicked in the school for real...

If everyone host their own game then there will be never ever 4 men in a lobby.

Yeah, because that kid will not simply cut its internet connection once it is next to the escape zone, if votekick would prevent it of direct troll kicks.

We get suggestions like these every three days, and literally every single one of them would also negatively affect legitimate players kicking griefers or trolls, or could simply be circumvented by the troll pulling the plug on his internet connection, achieving the same effect.

Host your own games and for the love of god, stop crying. These threads are getting annoying.

Yeah, I guess we just have to deal with the amount of trololo 9-10 y.o. babies, who will kick people just for fun and be like:

Nothing in game needs to be changed except just highlighting it.

Its just stating the obvious.

People who kick just doesn't realise it.

Ok?

So one more time: this is how game already works, we just need to underline it.

No.

I rather risk a trollkick from a host then being trolled by a client, as client myself or as host.

And why do all these threads only think in punishing? there is already a "crew alive" bonus. Rather build further upon that. Encourage positive behaviour and all that.

Besides that; XP isgathered with ease in this game. I can't imagine seeing a "troll host" get in line because of a penalty. Or he just waits till he is level 100.

This would certainly hurt legit players too. And those are a bit more important then a trollhost pr trollclient.

Okay then, I take an RPG, be a team player, you all go to escape, I RPG the team to death then drop out. Vote Kick fixes NOTHING, it literally created new problems than solve new ones.

You got good imagination. Well probably you can do that if you say so, now I will avoid playing with you :) But in my 711 hours of gameplay I never seen someone from CLIENTS do such a thing. Usually it's a host who does that kind if sh#t.

I rather deal with people crying about getting kicked every so often rather than having to terminate contracts because of asshats.
Bindal Apr 26, 2015 @ 1:01am
Well, the idea of the OP is easy enough to imprement without any negative affects to anyone as it is just addional information to the host. It really only changes the "Are you sure?"-box when kicking by adding one sentence.
Assuming people actually read the kick message (which most probably won't) and maybe even highlight that new info in red to draw attention to it.

Any change to the actual kick system is obviously not going to work out, but this? Yeah, sure, why not?

I always kick cheaters before ending the heist (noone else). I don't kick other people even when they ♥♥♥♥ up so what for I need to see that info?

Trolls wile be trolls. If they kick you they will do it even with said information poping up. I just don't see the point of it. Sorry.

Play with friends. Use Crews and Clans to look for solid team (I did it 1y ago and nowdays rarely play pubs). Host your game. Pick vote kick games. There is lots of options to go with it.
