isn't that what the vr training is for? test the weapon in there then get the trial to test it out on the field for a limited time

Not even close. Maybe if the training targets moved and in different ways. I can't really get a feel for a weapon in VR. In the game people have various upgrades and they are doing all sorts of stuff.

Besides, a 30 min trial? That is extremely lame, and I think there's like a month-long limit before I get to try again. I don't see why it had to be that limited.

24 hours to get a feel for what's maybe a ten dollar purchase? How about you just spend one of those hours at a job to recover that expense.

Try it in the VR, if you like it take your 30 minute trial. You can use it again in like 24 hours or something

VR is useful, but its nice to test a gun in proper combat and 30 minutes doesn't last nearly long enough to do that.

Its not like letting people trial a gun for 24 hours will be op or anything as you are testing it without attachments.

lol, honestly now. 24 hours because 30 minutes can go by with me barely finding anybody to use the weapon against. ESPECIALLY if it's a vehicle weapon trial. A 24 hour limit would give me ample time to actually try it out. It doesn't have to be 24 hours, even a single hour or two would be a huge improvement.

I don't know if they changed it, but I think the way it works is:

You can trial a single weapon for 30 minutes. After that, you aren't allowed to trial anything else for 8 hours (basically you can only trial once a day). You aren't allowed to trial the same weapon again for 30 DAYS! :D

So, I want to trial this shotgun. I get 30 minutes to do it, I was unable to find an appropriate fight to try the weapon in 30 minutes. You could say I shouldn't have started the trial until after I found a good fight for it. Well I did, but the fight ended before I could really do much. Then I spent the rest of the trial desperately finding a place to use my gun. Now I can't try again for a month, and I'll have to wait til tomorrow if I want to try something else.

30 days before I can try it again? That's just funny. I'm not going to trial that weapon ever again. So the month long wait is moot. Is anybody actually trialing something again for 30min after a month? Hell no! They'd have long forgotten about it by then. I guess that's the point though.

It's especially funny when I trial a vehicle weapon and immediately lose the vehicle before I can do anything. Without luck, skill, and ideal conditions, the vehicle timer compounds the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the 30 minute trial. It's hilarious to think I can't try that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again for a month.

I'm just saying; the whole trial thing sucks. I'd rather spend a small amount of certs renting the weapon for a while.
