so once the game was finished, it prompted me to install games for windows live
(why? ♥♥♥♥ if i know)
first i declined, and the same thing kept happening.
second time i tried to play the game, i agreed to install everything.
the little window still pops up, BUT the main game does load in another window.
weird thing is it is still steamworks (thank god) and games for windows live is nowhere to be seen, as i tried pressing HOME to bring up the overlay. nothing happens , so that's good.
also had to allow a permission past the firewall
so the game is playable now, and is steamworks enabled and i didn't lose any data. the little window that says the module couldn't be found always pops up though.
i'm going to leave this up incase someone else stumbles across and gets help from it.
i sure don't understand what's going on, but when it works, i'll just accept it.
I don't have a clue of how to fix it.
Putting this file into the game folder should fix the crashes.
