jump is the alt key, and your speed depends on your speed stat(max is 140).
If you want a fast passed hero, I reccomend xenon, kaiser, demon slayer, and marceedees.
It all depends on your style. Hope i helped :3
Btw it gets a lot more intense as you progress. You wont be grinding on mushrooms forever.
