frustrated and need tips

So I REALLY want the wings of fate I think they look super awesome and they’re permanent unlike a lot of the other crappy wings in the cash shop. So if anyone tells me to not go for the wings of fate ill just ignore it, I’m already about 2 and a half hours into the quest and I’m not throwing that away. I got to a stage of the quest where you have 5 minutes to defeat two stages of the bandits, but it takes me about 2 and a half minutes to do the first and about the same for the second. So you ask 2.5+2.5 is 5 so you should have it? WRONG. They spend about 20 seconds talking even while I’m holding down the space bar and there’s always some random bandit that runs off and I have to kill that one without using aoe attacks on other ones which takes a lot of time. I’m a lvl 130 buccaneer with decent gear for my level, but the bandits are also lvl 130 and nowhere near a 1 shot. So it takes quite a few seconds to defeat one so what I would do is gather them all up and get the most bang for my buck by using aoe attacks on all of them but it’s still too slow and there are multiple platforms to kill them on also. I’ve even been using one of my skills to hit the bandits on another platform on the same level as the one I’m standing dramatically decreasing my time but it still isn’t enough. I need any tips I can get. I play on kradia and I’m willing to buy a better knuckle from someone if it’ll help me to beat this cause those wings are literally so awesome! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANKS

Are you maxing your skills? like, getting 20 and 30 books? you should also upgrade you weapons with scrolls and star force, i've never done the quest for those wings, but they're quite good, and even more if you're in a non-reboot world, you should come back later with your skills to the max and with more damage, it would help if i knew your damage range.

Thanks for the help, after maxing out all of my skills and giving out all my sp ( forgetful person here ) my strength got about 100 sp and I blasted through the level with a minute to spare. A couple hours later plus an extremely irritating boss fight (tengu) I’m now rocking a huge pair of sick ass wings, a new chair, and my first damage skin, thanks for the tips lol
