Not sure what your asking but I run triple screen and nvidia surround, the unit cards are cetnered in the monitor and mini map bottom left other stuff top and bottom right. Seems to work fine for me.
Got the units cards hidden in this one but shows where they all get placed with surround gaming

Not to even consider the extremely poor performance in such modes.
I give it a A-.
And BTW- I played shogun in eyefinity (see my screen shots) with little to no complaint, the ui centered for me! You may want to go back and play again.
The only thing preventing them is the laziness that comes from using the old Empire engine and not wanting to put the time into developing something that is becoming increasingly common.
