I suggest you tell SEGA and CA, not us players - unless you have a specific action you are asking us to do, to use this information, e.g. to sign and share a petition to SEGA and CA. Otherwise, you are not convincing the game-makers to make a better game, and you are just spreading dissatisfaction, instead of helping people to enjoy their game.
Attila seems to have better reviews than R2 at release. But seeing how similar it is to R2 apart from the horde system (yet something already from BI), I'll probably wait for a good sale before deciding whether to get it.
This made me think of "1984" by George Orwell lol.
Helping people enjoy their game, so to continue being sheep and just throwing money at CA and SEGA. To eat whatever they are fed.
People need to start being dissatisfied. Otherwise these developers and publishers are going to keep bending us over.
Sega and CA are only in it for the money now, so developing games as a passion and a hobby has gone straight down the toilet. Just look at the extra so-called "expansion packs" and DLCs they want to sell to you in R2 just so you can unlock a certain faction, which shouldn't have any cost whatsoever because the base game is SIXTY DOLLARS. Two years have past, and the price on that game is still the same. This so-called "extra content" is just a load of hog wash to make their cash grabs look 'legit.' It's more like adding a few restrictions to your 'full game,' which almost literally costs an arm and a leg, and then saying "Hey, if you pay extra, we'll give you this." In the previous TW games, just about all the factions were unlockable without any strings attached. But in this day and age, no.
This whole "DLC expansion" crap is pointless and is only designed to increase profit, and this isn't just happening to CA, it's happening to other developers as well.
While I too am displeased about some aspects of Total War: Rome 2, how many factions are available is not one of them. TW:R2 has more playable factions without purchasing any DLC than Rome Total War did even after unlocking all of its playable factions.
Corruption really isn't that bad. You just have to build your empire taking it into account.
Here's a copy of what I posted last October about it.
