Recruiting for a game-making team

I am looking for 3 Members (4 Including me) To create an indie game team...
Im looking for:
- Coder
- Pixel/2d/Graphics artist
- Music creator

I have created game teams in the past but they unfortunately did not work out - fortunately I will be organising this one extremely well and I have learnt from mistakes:

Heres an FAQ from my experience:

Q: Will I be paid?
A: NO Unless we become successful and start selling games

Q: How much experience should I have??
A: You must be able to show me past work of yours... e.g. if you must have music prepared if you want to be a music creator

I am a game designer with all-rounded skills including gml coding, sound design as well as QA/game balancing testing.

Let me know how I can blend in.

If this is still a project, I am definitely interested and would like to know more about it. I am a music composer and writer. Been working on a project myself actually but couldnt find a coder so had to put that game idea on hold.
