Quest 26 Allies Icon
Quest 26 Return of Hol never marks Allies as OK and the stage never changes color to show you've done all the allies/equipment (err... equipement). I remember this was a problem in the XBLA version too, so I don't know if you can do anything. Just thought I'd at least mention it.

The problem is still works. It is still crashing, and never marks allies as OK.

This still hasn't been fixed and it has been 1 1/2 years. Shame on you, developers...
