Black texture seams on world map?

I'm getting weird grid shaped black texture seams on the map in both graphic modes.
Anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

Using Geforce GTX 670. Driver version 310.70

I'm also getting this, as well as a strange couple picture border on the left and top side of my screen (running full screen on my apple 2560x1440).

I'm on an AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

I am using GT 730M and got the latest drivers released earlier today...

If I remember correctly I fixed this by adjusting some of my 3D settings in Nvidia control panel. I don't recall what setting exactly was the one that fixed it.
