If you can rope a few friends into it there's some decent stuff to screw around with, but because the servers are dead almost 100% of the time, that's the only way you'd get to play this in today's age. The build options also feel pretty unbalanced so actual creating tanks isn't that enjoyable.
I don't really recommend spending any time with this honestly, 5/10.
