bo2 won't connect to online service

Since i bought it i am trying to connect like 6 months or something at zombies and multiplayer but nothing.Can someone help me?I really enjoyed this game on console and I want here as well

Start game connect to online . once it fails close game goto windows firewall remove exeption.. Start game . alow both checks and ok .. If it fails repeat up to ten times.. Usally lets me on after 3 or 5 times
