I spent my points on the Eriador bundle a few weeks ago too!
This "vault storage" that's on special, is that per character, per server, or per account? Some of the storages tell you they are global but this one doesn't.

Normal vault is per character, wardrobe and shared are per account.

Be aware that you can upgrade your vault substantially with ingame gold.
After that you might want to consider buying vault extensions with LP, but you might also stop being a pack rat :-)

Shared storage is worth it though, but unfortunately, that is NOT on sale atm.

The best sale right now is the bag space. For 221 LP you get 5 extra bag slots on every character on your account. This is a substantial sale. The others, not so much.

Uhm... You get +5 slots, not whole bags. This has been the case for a few years already...
