Use our roster to find an officer in game and get an invite. It will make a difference in your experience, we have quite a few end game players that group up daily for quests / instances / farming.
second lotro has been out 10 years and is available from other sources than steam. it has only been available on steam since 2012 so most players dont use/see this forum. you might have better luck finding a kin active when you are on using the lotro forums than here.
There are always a few kinships recruiting on /world
You could also try and ask if there are active kins that will take you.
So I suggest you check the chat during your normal playtime, and see what's available.
I know Hunters of Combe are actively recruiting. They're a young kinship, but have players from L20 up to L115.
