Sega super star sticker/achievement?

So, what are requimentes for getting "Triple-Star License" sticker/achievement? Because other than local multiplayer and getting all stars in world tour, thats only one that I dont have?

Check in your license the things you have left to you. Maybe you need to beat some Staff Ghosts. Maybe earn some more stickers.
Either way, when you get the Triple-Star License, it'll feel rather random since the game goes up to 110% completion. =P
