Nexon does not care about the Steam version of Atlantica

This is a heads up to all people trying to play the Steam version of this game. Nexon apparently doesn't care about this versoin of the game & are giving the cold shoulder to anybody using it. I have created a support ticket with Steam when I realized just how bad this situation is so they can remove this game from the store, it is obvious that Nexon has no intentions of fixing it:

I am giving you a heads up that you may want to remove this game from your store. I just created a support ticket with them when I was running into an issue directly after selecting a server to play on, I ended up finding out first-hand what the people on the Steam Atlantica forums were saying.

• Nexon is auto-closing any tickets, threads or otherwise on this game as soon as they find out the issue has to do with the Steam version.
  
• To take things a step further, they are playing dumb when they state that the Steam version is missing about 400 random files.
  
• I also found that I was getting "auto-disconnected" (logged out of my Nexon account) every time I attempted to access a page on the official Atlantica site, but that apparently stopped happening after I uninstalled the Steam version of the game (no reason to leave it installed if it's not going to work & Nexon apparently doesn't care to deal with people that are using it, but I was surprised that the installation of the Steam version was the reason for the Nexon website auto-disconnecting me).

  This is a copy of my support ticket. You will notice it was auto-closed 3 minutes after it's creation with nothing more than a generic reply & no option to re-open it or supply further information.

  Most of the threads here are stating that the Steam version is inoperational & that Nexon will not reply to them on issues with the Steam version. One user provided a link that they were working on the issue, but that page was created May 9th.

Another thing I forgot to mention in the Steam ticket was that micro-transactions apparently have been cut off from the Steam wallet. I assume the only thing you could actually purchase through Steam for the game would be the DLC, but I don't see the point given this version don't work & Nexon doesn't seem to care about fixing it or even dealing with users trying to play with it.

Well Nexon should at least work with you on fixing issues with the official version. It appears they don't give a s♥♥♥ about the Steam version or anybody using it, however.
