HELP DIRECT 3D ERROR CAN'T INITIALIZE RENDER WHY??????

I dont know why but a few weeks ago my pc was fine and i could play star conflict until this error poped up. Ive checked my computer reqs and they say im elagible enough to play star conflict. I tried multiple things as in reinstalling star conflict, trying to update direct x and looking online how to fix it. I just dont know how to fix this. Please HELP ME!!!!
