Killing in blue zones

This high level destroyer weapon appears to be broken. It allows kills that subvert the station protection. It's relatively funny in GTAV to park the tank on top of someone who had gone into safe mode for some relief from having been run over and shot with the tank. Is Player Orange is for this the PvP Mode on , and have Chance to other Orange Players to Kill.
