in you steam apps folder is starbound. fin dthe folder that says player, and find the file that says player

Yeah but what if i want to delete specific character ? File names are random numbers.

Just delete the common folder under Steam/steamapps. That should deal with it.

Ha. Maybe i should just delete my System32 or the entire Windows folder ? xD

That was suggested in another thread as well. Better try both of those. You want to be on the safe side, dont you?
