Is This Dead Horde..? Also, Local Coop..?

I played Dead Horde the other day which is by the same company but cannot find information if Dead Horde was a prototype to this game, if Primal Fears is a sequel or if it's just been rebranded..?

Does anyone have any knowledge, if this is a sequel or a more finely tuned game I'll likely grab it.

Especially if it has local coop..!

I would be interested how it compares to Shadowground or Zombie/Alien Shooter

I've played in closed beta before and I think coop only support online.

It looks like Dead Horde with monster bugs instead of the undead.
Dead Horde had some charm, but is was had pretty bad game play. "I Shall Remain" even in beta looks and plays better.

Does this game correct some flaws Dead Horde has ? Especially the movements in co-op limited to the screen.

This actually is much better than Dead Horde imo. Mostly because the progress they made: lots of bug fixes, 4 player coop, new weapons, infected look rather uncommon, screen is not fixed between players (yay!), interface and graphics became much prettier. And soundtrack is awesome!
