Fullscreen issues in Linux
This game does not fullscreen properly for me in ubuntu 12.04 64bit with unity. The unity top and left menu bars are not hidden and game icons in the bottom right cannot be seen. I can play in a window but would much prefer to play fullscreen, can anyone suggest a fix?

This seems to be a bug in Ubuntu. Could you try to press CTRL+F twice to toggle the fullscreen off and on again? This might fix the issue.
