We need more infor than that, what specs are you running inc os version, what resolution, what detail levels are you trying to run at? have you got ubersampling on?

Your pc is not good that good, it is actually below the requirements for this game. Your 820m is just too slow. All you can do is put everything on the minimum and see how it goes.
Basically while yours is newer, its a lower model, and just not as fast.

The minimum for the game is an Nvidia 8800, here is an 8800 vs yours

As your under 2 hours, you can either get a refund, or keep it and wait till you get a faster laptop/computer.
