Crash when saving

The game crashes when saving, regardless it's autosave, quicksave or regular save.
I tried erase useless saves (from 50 to 2), no effect.
I changed video settings, low, medium, high, custom, no effect.

I don't know what to do, and everybody understand the game isn't playable if it cannot save.
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!!

One last thing, it occured just after installing suckdows 8.1 (I didn't activate cloudsaving).
Coincidence? I don't know.

I am having the same issue with Windows 10. I played this a long time ago and would like to go through it again. No luck so far. I do not have a Witcher folder in the documents which stores saves. I don't know if this is it or not, but I am still trying to find a solution

Use compatibility mode with Win XP. It help in my case
