Program stop working please help

When I started the game I wrote that it lacks sufficient minimum requirements and wrote to me that the game stopped working after a friend told me that I write dontforceminreqs so it is that it has no minimum requirements did not write but after a while it still writes that the game has stopped working
Please help.
