30 FPS CAP... [And Fix]
Hmm, am I crazy or is this game locked at 30... And WHY?

"STEAM_INSTALL_FOLDER\ Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\ Config\BmSystemSettings.ini"

Set "Max_FPS=**" as high as you like ;-)

The opening FIRST PERSON segment is locked at 30. Rocksteady is literally retarded.

I can't find the LINE ( "Max_FPS=**") in the INI file...

it is not max_fps but MaxFps, use the search tool in notepad

I just can't understand why its on 30 by default. Wild guess: there will be people without frame counter or the knowledge, who just feel that "the game does not run smooth". Maybe play the whole game with capped fps, when their PC could do so much more. Thats so unnecessary. Not even a fps limiter option in the menu....
