I got free copies of all Arkham games

Let us take a moment to thank Rocksteady & Warner Bros. for giving away free digital copies of Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate to Steam users who bought the PC version of Arkham Knight before 11:59 p.m. PT on Nov. 16, 2015.

It's a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ move to not give gift copies if you already own them, because they know that 90%+ of the people who bought this already own the previous games in the series.
All they had to do was wait until after the new year to give the gift copies, to avoid people getting them and then getting their refund for arkham knight.
Not a happy camper about this. But luckily I didn't have too many issues with this game and I'm happy with it, so it's not a huge problem

got mine as well, i didnt even know they were giving out free copies of the previous games, so i was like wtf are these arkham games doing in my library, came to the forums to see wtf is going on saw all these threads and also wanted to check what the new update was for

I got them too, and I recieved a 314mb patch of arkham knight today. The game is running smooth now.:)

I got nothing and i already owned all the Arkham series...I suggest everyone boycotts WB and Rocksteady in future titles as for the awful way they've treated there loyal fans...

I preordered way back in April and have owned the premium edition of this game all this time and own everything Batman Arkham related and didn't get a single thing for my pain and suffering i've had with this game...Seriously ♥♥♥♥ you WB/Rocksteady!!!

Me too, I'm quite happy I didn't have to spend money getting the games again for PC (had Arkham asylum and Arkham City on PS3 and now that I tried the PC version I can definetly say that those games on consoles ran like ass) and I never played Origins and Origins Blackgate and I got both gamee complete with all DLCs!

I never owned those copies before. I played them on pirated versions cuz i couldn;t afford back then.

I got blackgate too ! i never owned that copy.

LMAO----pain and sufferring? Did you really experience pain in all of this and how exactly did you suffer? Now if you were from a 3rd world country then i'd believe you but this is hilarious to me.

While it is ridiculous to claim pain and suffering, the people who already own the original arkham games have gone through the exact same thing with this game as those who didn't, but they don't get compensated.
That's just wrong.
You don't compensate people who never bought a game in your series before this one, and ignore your oldest paying customers. That's really bad business in my opinion
