question about m4-78 mod
I went to Korriban and found Master Vash's video, but the planet isn't showing up on my galaxy map.

Does it show up at a later point in the story, or is my save corrupted and I can't finish the game now since I can't get to Vash?

But everything cut was restored in mods , so now you CAN go to M4-78 EP.

The OP question should be answered by a developer - Hassat Hunter is present at forums and might help you with your issue.

Check your journal, it should give you the clue needed to unlock M4-78 on your galaxy map...

Part of the problem is that there is no journal entry.

I've killed LOTS of other HK robots and HK-47 says that they are based on Telos and the next lines of dialogue are notes saying that the Droid Factory will unlock when the plot advances to a certain point, but now I've run out of plot and it still hasn't triggered.

I've completed the all the missions on Korriban, Nar Shaada, and Onderon/Dxun (including being called back for the civil war). The Droid Factory missions aren't triggering and I seem to be stuck, since I haven't encountered Master Vash.

The only mods I have installed are the Restored Content mod (v1.8.2) and the M4-78 mod (linked from the TSLRCM ModDb page), so there shouldn't be any problem with mods conflicting.

there's an entry.

and if you can't see it for some reason, don't worry. just find the recording in Korriban, go back to Ebon Hawk, and talk to T3 and there will be a new dialogue option about the planet

Have you perchance finished Korriban before installing M4-78EP.
Also the entry is in the 'masters finiding' questline. So if you found another master since it would have updated again, indeed.
You should still be able to talk to T3 though and unlock the planet.

Also, the droid factory is fine, from what you tell ;).

It was T3.

I hadn't talked to T3 because I didn't have high computer or repair skills, and I had exhausted his dialog tree earlier.
I was wasting my time asking HK-47 about "his clones" and asking where they came from when I should've been talking to T3.

Thank you guys. Setting off for the Droid planet.

The droid planet and droid factory are 2 completely seperate things ;)

Sorry, first time playing through this mod. Enjoying it so far though.

This thread is a bit old but I have a similar problem. I have the restored contend mod as well as the M4-78 Mod, however T3 doesn't have the dialogue option to investigate the planet. I've exhausted every other dialogue option both on and off the ship, yet nothing is there. I tried just setting the quest differently with the savegame editor, however it just crashes if I klick on the quest. Anybody else know how to fix this?

Did you actually go to Korriban and found no Vash?
The Bagman Dec 19, 2013 @ 3:35am
Yep, I just found her bag in that cage but the dialogue was a mix of her being dead and her simply not being there. The hologram of her and her padawan leaving for the planet was there though. However if I let T3 show me the Jedi masters it tells me that Vash is deceased. Quest still says that I have to ask T3 about the planet.

By the way I was able to change the quest status into "T3 told you about the planet, you can go there now", but the planet still doesn't show up on the galaxy map. And then my save file got corrupted. Does anybody have the codes for teleport by chance?

Your game sounds really messed up... and it's not the quest that does it, a global allows travel to M4-78.
Although by accounts of T3 saying Vash is dead, and the line conflict, I would have to think something went wrong for you installing the mod, and it simply ran the vanilla version now (vash being dead).

I have the problem as well that T3-M4 isn't giving me the conversation option to discover the coordinates for M4-78, with the quest marker saying that I have to ask him, same as with The Bagman. Anyone have any possible solutions for this? Or maybe a workaround?

I'm having a similar problem right now, though I fixed the planet not appearing by copying the galaxymap files into my Override, so there's that.
My problem consists of journal entries not being added and quests not updating, rendering all M4-78 quests uncompletable. Any ideas?
The Bagman Oct 29, 2014 @ 11:14am
Well if you have a savegame editor you can update quests yourself, but that does make the game instable. Ruined it for me, but everything was fine again after a clean reinstallation.
