It should work after you verify your cache.

launch steam
right click on the game in the library menu
click on properties
click on local files and then hit the button called "verify game cache"

What that will do, is have steam go through it and find any missing files. Once it finds what is missing, it will download them all and the game will run after that.

Now, do you see any stickers with either Intel or AMD on your computer?
