There's tons if you have the original Doom 3. There's "Realistic Mod", "Ungibbable Mod", "Doom Perfected", etc. I'm pretty sure there's tons more out there.

For BFG Edition, sadly none.

there's another out there called "Nitro Gore" mod, which prevents the bodies of zombies and demons for gibbing and/or ashing out (not sure if that pertains to the Lost Souls though)
