I have an odd thing in Doom 3 and it's DLC, not Doom or Doom II, where parts of frams repeat themeselves, and thats as much as I can say, because I can't describe it in depth it's so confusing.

Enable VSync?

Yep, change VSYNC from Smart to On should fix your problem.
