2. I'm not playing Pacman.
3. I don't know how it's for you, but First is 8,49€ and second is 15,40€ for me.
1. Gamer"girl" don't be a douche.
2. Erebos, it's understandable. Europe isn't as rich as we american's make ourselves out to be, and we're not as rich as the rest of the world thinks. We're just extremely in debt.
3. 15$ a year may not be much to you, when your living at home under mommy and daddies roof, but when your like everyone else in the world.. trying to make a living for yourself and others, on your OWN, working 7 days a week to keep the bills paid? 15$ isn't to be spared. I didn't get season 1 until after 400 days released.. Just bought Season 2 because I had some spare money (and just got a huge promotion.)
4. If you have it to spare at all, Season 2 is great to pick up.. though that's only if you can. The seasons don't stack sadly.. so if you buy season 1, you can buy the combo'd pack for like 6$ I think? or maybe 8 right now. (which shou ld be around 9-11 Euro for you.) but you can get the first season (5 episodes, 35 chapters.) and the 400 days DLC which makes for a great game.. Season 2 is still being worked on, Only episode 1 and 2 are currently released, though if you buy season 2, You have FULL ACCESS to all of Season 2 as it releases. Which IMO is great.. Though in all honesty, I've been where you are. So it's whatever you can afford mate. Keep it up and best of luck, Hope you can someday get this game and enjoy it. :)
As far as the "cheaper" goes, just wait for a big sale lol. around spring/summer (especially 4th of july.) they'll do big sales... and you can catch them in sale then, sometimes up to 50% for newer games, and anywhere from 50-90% off some of the older (but still great) games.
Did you ever buy the first series of TWD TV show on DVD? I did. I didn't get the second series for free, nor did I expect to. I bought Assassin's Creed way back in 2006 when it came out. Still had to pay for all the sequels. That's how the games industry works. It's how industry works, in general. There's nothing inherently wrong with this system, it's how companies make money, keep people in employment and sustain economic stability.
I think the major disconnect and difference for people, is that Assassins Creed 2, wasn't Assassin's Creed 1, but the 2nd city, Also, TV shows are a completely different animal, since most of us watch them for "free" on cable (Or online, as most major networks have their shows online a few days later).
There's actually no precedent that I can think of for episodic gaming, since Season 2 isn't a sequel in the video game standards, since it's running on the same engine.
All the Assassin's Creed games have run on the same engine as eachother, it's very common for sequels run on the same engine, look at something like Call of Duty.... they have spit out like ten titles on the same engine. Should I get Call of Duty:modern warfare3 for free, becuase I bought Call of Duty: modern warfare?
