Whew..
This code is garbage and its putting your computer at risk. I had to restart S1 several times because of glitches and was forced to "generate random decisions" half way because of a corrupt save. Now I was about 95% done with 400 days and the computer suddenly locks up, again. I'm not sure what the hell Telltales have done here but when most programs crash you can still access the task manager! Not this time. When Walking Dead crashes it locks you out completely. I had to force reboot and it messed up my system. Just trying to log in took forever and I had to scan everything for file and registry ♥♥♥♥ups. When I finally started 400 again hours of progress was gone. Nice work Telltale. Ever heard about autosave? Wow..

I thought this game had autosave? Cause i remember it saves at certain points... Do you mean saving to steam cloud?

That's what I thought. I was done with 3 chapters in 400 and probably at the end of the last one. When starting 400 again I was still half way on the second chapter. Clearly it doesn't save very often.

That's a very common issue; look at season three's forum at the release of new episodes, you'll see this. Best solution is to save the save files by emailing them to your email address as attachments or using MediaFire, which I use. Each time a new episode debuted, I also kept getting "no save imports found." As for the lockups, try Validating Cache Files or running as admin/Windows 98 compatibility. Worked for me.

Yeah I noticed. Considering the success they had you would think Telltale could afford some proper coders and fix these issues before they release more unstable garbage. It's only going to hurt them in the long run, if they intend to stick around.

Don't play it. I do however run Arma III on Ultra in 1080 at @ 50 FPS so yeah I'm happy with it.

I've had both Alienware and Dell XPS in the past but I must say, ASUS performs way better and feel more solid. My Alienware screen hinges broke within 6 months and both my Dell XPS laptops suffered from overheating. Just make sure you have at least 32GB and a 3GB GTX 870M and you will be set for pretty much anything. It may cost a little but that's the only drawback.
Okay then :D Should be fun playing Dayz on the lappy now! :D

Its actually a common problem and the workaround have already been mentioned in this thread. My PC is fine, but perhaps too powerful for Telltale's engine :p anyways, its just a game. I ordered S2 so here's hoping it wont mess up again.
