Druid build?
Since I don't have a paid sub it appears I can not post on the DDO forum. Not sure if anyone here plays and knows of any 32pt druid solo builds that they can link? Also is Cannith still an active server?

Tried searching on the DDO forums for druid builds but got about 7 pages of results and the 1st 2 pages I went through did not have any builds posted.

I can't speak about druid builds, but Cannith is a very active server. Pretty much any time I play, day or night, there are people all over the harbor and marketplace.

Druid is a new class they just added with the expansion isn't it? Might be a little while before you find working builds for the class. Just go with an existing DnD druid build that you know of for now. Might not be perfect for this game but it's still designed around DnD rules.
It has been out some months. I have seen a few builds but most of those are like 3 past life reincarnations or only like 12 levels of druid. Not new chars that are pure or 18 level.
Oh has it? In that case it's probably like you said then that nobody sees a pure druid build being viable most likely. Actually, I remember playing around with all different builds back when I played and quite frankly, I found the in game builds to be pretty solid. I'm sure if you're into getting the most out of every point and skill you spend on building your characters you'll probably want to have everything on paper before actually starting a new character. So take a look at all the pre builds they have already and tweak things to your liking. If the character fails miserably well hey, that's part of the fun of DnD. Trying out new things with new characters and see how far you can go with him/her.
Oh, sorry if I offended any purests out there with my other post. hehe. Are people still pretty set being in purest camps vs multi class camps in the game?
No I have no problem with multi class but its not what I am wanting for this char. I had a Ftr/Rogue long ago.And as I said a splash of something else is fine but I want to go mostly druid for this one. I did work up a build using the DDO planner just not sure how good it will be at the later levels.
Ah ok cool. Well hope it turns out well for you. I usually liked a splash of rogue and/or fighter in my builds hehe.
I always play my class pure, but that's more because the level 20 enhancements are worth it, like the Artificer enhancement. :D

Yeah I am working on the build and right now it is 18/2 drd/ftr human, We are really strapped for feats.
If you plan to go pure Druid, easiest way to build it is kind of like you would a pure Cleric. Max WIS, the rest in CON, then some STR, and DEX if you want TWF and melee. Take Evocation Focus as well as Greater Evo and Epic Evo. Earthquake is just sick crowd control. Combine that with your AOE spells and excellent healing, your Druid will be a great solo character. With the new combat system that came out with U14, you can still melee effectively, even in epics, without speccing for it. Most of your damage will come from your AOE's though. Earthquake + Ice Storm + Storm of Vengeance = everything lies down and dies. Greater Creeping cold is like a fire and forget spell. Tag a mob with it and forget em. They'll be dead in a few seconds. The only problem is they have a smaller spell point pool than Clerics, Favored Souls, Wizards, and Sorcerers.

As far as servers go, all of them are very active, maybe with the exception of Wayfinder.

Hope this helps! =)
Yes it helps. My build is a bit off from it. May have to visit fred
