Sudden Game Lagging and Display Problems
Hi All, last two days the game (in non-online mode) is very lagging and 'choppy' - you can't drive the cars properly and movements are no longer smooth. Also the display is different, everything has a weird glow around it and there are shadows on everything. Has this happened to anyone? I'm really annoyed becuase I love this game!

Looks like a hardware failure to me. The game had no recent patches. It could be a Windows or Steam update, but it's rather unlikely.

Maybe one of your components is dying. Do other games work fine?

Yeah I just can't figure it out. Other games seem to be working fine, nothing else is amiss. The PC is quite new...
