Installation files are broken

Installation files are broken and this version of the game is not provided by Biart Company. Please send all requests/questions to the Strategy First.

Sorry for this guys, but this Steam version use wrong and old .exe. And this is not our GM!

We already sent information about this situation to Valve. Waiting for their response.

Thanks for this information. Waiting an update from Strategy First and Steam, I only play single player, disconnecting Internet before lauching the game.

Waiting also your Depth Hunter here in march 2014 ;)

You cannot contact Strategy First over this issue as they do not have deep black, or deep black reloaded listed in their games selections and without being able to select the game title from their drop down menu the rest of the form is useless, I know as i filled it all out and was unable to send it to them. hopefully this will be updated soon so that we can actually play this game. If not then i suspect i will be looking to see how i go about requesting my first ever store credit refund.

I got this game working fine. Thanks for this fine game Biart. I'm enjoying it immensely for what it is.

I sure that Valve will remove this broken build from Steam.

I didn't experience any bugs with the game except for the startup issue. Everything worked perfectly. As you can see I also got all the achievements except for the multiplayer ones because no one is playing multiplayer anymore.

I saw a thread mentioning that to disable those lines would fix it,
NetFileURL = "http://www.biart7.com/steamok.txt";
NetFileSkipIfNoConnection = 1;

I tried it and yes it works for a minute then I got a message in game to re install the game. Would that be Valve issue or something wrong with http://www.biart7.com/steamok.txt file?!

We pay for games they can not play? good job. Updates are apparently ornamental.
I don´t know if the fault of Valve or yours, but we need solutions.

You have to mail them direct or select a game that is on STEAM then tell them in the first line of your message that you are contacting them because according to Biart7 and STEAM they hold responsibility for support for the game since they supplied it to STEAM. I did this and they admitted having the game even though it is NOT on thier official list. OF course they support tech I was in contact with has dragged things off long enough to loose contact with me and since I don't have the STEAM version of the game I have no pull to raise cane with them about it. But.. If EVERYONE on STEAM who has the game and these issues was to hammer them with complaints maybe they will step up and respond in ernest? Especially if STEAM support steps up to back everyone up over these problems???

HOW ABOUT IT STEAM SUPPORT??? Might be nice if Biart7 was to step up for everyone too and level the field for everyone by reinforcing the fact that SF has responsiblitiy for the file they gave to STEAM??? How about it Biart? Can you step up for folks here and help get this game fixed?

From some of the previous complaints it seems the game was running fine for a number of users until STEAM started their file format conversion and ran the update on Deep Black. Some posters mentioned files where not only corrupted but some where deleted and if they where files that the game launcher or execute file requires to run the game that would explain why the game will not lauch for some folks.
