I think that the ones used at the radio tower the male and females are actually just character models taken from HL

The female one certainly seems to be - looks like a partially rendered citizen of City 17. I'm not sure about the male one, though. Close up, the "corpse" face is very crudely hand-drawn. Of course, they were only meant to be glimpsed from a distance.

I knew I was seeing people! My boyfriend was totally rejecting this fact during my first playthrough. He was making me feel crazy! xD

You can normally only see them from a distance. They disappear if you get too near. You have to use console commands to get close-up pictures.

I didnt see any ghost, but I was playing the whole game thinking: if I see a person or something I will freak out!
