screen goes blue when i start

When i start ck2 my screen goes blue but only my desktop screen i can hear the music and i can cntrol alt delete out and then windows is normal the screen says vga not supported(i have a small tv repurposed to destop so i use vga)but i havent had this problem with anyother game i also was capable of launching the game at one stage however something changed (i think i set the game to max resolution which also doesnt ussaully cause problems) in other words i have no clue what to due please help

Id say get a monitor or laptop to revert your screen res back to what it was for the game.
