Game crash caused by bug in Claimants window UI

The game has been crashing a ton for me and I figured out one reason why. I can reproduce the problem every time.

HOW TO CRASH CRUSADER KINGS II
1) Click on any province.
2) Click on the flag of the province to open the title holdings.
3) Click on Claimants to open a list of claimants
4) Click on one of the claimants
5) Click on the person's flag to open his title holdings page instead.
6) Click on Claimants (nothing will happen since there is already a claimants list open)
7) Close the claimants window
8) Hover your mouse anywhere over the window that shows title holdings and character detail and the game will now crash.

You can skip steps 4-5 and just click on Claimants twice and cause the same crash but people aren't so likely to do that since there's no reason to click it twice for the same province.. When they click on Claimants while it is already open is when they are trying to traverse a title chain to figure out how to manipulate some chain of inheritance through marriage or intrigue.
