I can't surrender to my stupid brother

My brother is a ♥♥♥♥ and declared war on my when I was already dealing with a rebel faction in my small kingdom. He's winning the war and I tried to surrender but it says he won't accept the offer and where it says his reasoning for why it says :

"I've already won, give up now and I'll spare your life."

...that's what I'm trying to do, you nitwit. I don't regret killing his son and grandson at all.

Hahahaha that is one hilarious story. :D I think where you messed up, is when you clicked the offer peace button. At the bottom should be 3 options, enforce demands, white peace, and surrender. The enforce demands is loaded by default, so when you're trying to surrender, you're actually telling him that you want gold prestige blah blah blah blah, which he is not willing to give up. Click white peace, and if he won't accept that either than your only two choices are fight to the death, or surrender. If you already know about the options, and its not allowing you to do it despite you clicking surrender, then I don't know what the problem could be.

Well unfortunately I have died, and now I am my son. And now my kingdom is even smaller than before because I had to split it with my younger brother. And apparently heirs inherit wars, because my uncle who I had a 100 relation with inherited my other uncles (the guy who declared war on me) lands and now hes at war with me. -_-
