Aztecs have invaded England.

As the king of Ireland,.. owning the whole irish mainland,.. i'm a little worried about what they will do... is landfall in Ireland likely too?

Need to start stockpiling alot of gold for Mercenaries.

They seem to be decimating England.

Seems like atleast 40k or more landed, they have taken over atleast 4 or 5 counties.

They did it at a time when England was involved in full blown civil war... the English king didn't seem to have much defense to throw at the Aztecs.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out, but i don't like England's chances.

Yeah, save money for mercs and get some strong allies if you can I'd say.
Depends a bit on where their second fleet lands and how much of a fight they'll get, but generally the Aztecs are like the eastern hordes in that they just conquer as much as they can.

Unfortunately they got a really strong foothold in England due to their civil war. Pity the AI wouldn't have them all make peace so they could deal with their new bigger foe.

I suggest you help the english in some way to drive them out. Cause when they are done with england its 100% that they will invade you too and you'll be surounded then

They have taken all of England... all of France.... We've stopped them in Scotland. No Aztecs in Ireland as yet. Where's Small pox when you need it?

This is why, for my first playthrough of the game as Ireland (following some tutorials) I turned Sunset Invasion OFF. Good to hear that you were able to fight them off at least.

They have endless amounts of troops until you get the message about them fighting wars in their homelands, then whatever they got on the map is what it is.. So dont go to war just yet, hold off as long as possible because you wont win unless you have all the mercenarie armies.

I think we have the Aztecs on the back foot. They are in so many wars that they are starting to lose ground. They have a massive empire to hold and frequent revolts are happening. Might just survive this one.

They are kind of Brutal... they kill whole family lines when they take over areas. I will push them back into the sea from which they came. At least, that is the plan.

I keep about how the numbers that invade make living in western Europe and/or the Britsh Isles fairly deadly. I saw my friend's game where he only survived with a few povinces as close to Siberia as he could get (after ruling 3 quarters of Europe). Are they even something you can fight or is it just "End of Days how long can you last?"
