Marriage (help needed)

Hi guys, I'm trying to arrange marriage (initially for my ruler, then for my heir). A list appears that shows potential wives but when I select one I can't actually arrange the marriage. Has something changed? or is this a glitch?

What happens? Is the button greyed out? Did you right click the bride? If you left click, it will only show you her profile.
