Foreign ruler as prisoner
Due to some circumstances I ended up having a neighboring Catholic king as my prisoner. I am Andalusian Sunni muslim. Question: can I do anything to get his land/titles? We are not at war and I am not able to declare one because he is in my dungeon.

Unfortunately ransom is the best option here but you could execute him and declare war again
