Technical issue

I played this game for a while and now i can't launch it anymore. It pops up a message that it has missing file privileges of the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\temp\203770. I tried open the files multiple times but nothing happens. I even delete and try to reinstall the game but the message keeps popping up and can't reinstall. I play the other games and they are good but this game is can't work for whatever reason. I need help on this. I spend a lot of monry on this and i dont want to waste it for nothing.

have you tryed verifying the files or go in to the game files and right click on the file and give it the right to write to it . your computers spec's may need to follow the requirments

Then ask offical tech support, rather than asking here.

Anyway...
The temp folder should usually be empty, but i have no idea what that file could be.
Sounds like a Steam issue to me.
- Check that Steam itself is updated.
- Try to start the game directly from the game file folder through ck2game.exe instead.
- Go to Steam-Settings-Downloads and clear download cache

Install it somewhere else than C:\program files or start as administrator.
