How can I access DLC?

I bought the DCL collection including skins and the Hitman weapons, but I don't see anything show up when I'm on the camp or in game. How can I access the DLC?

For the outfits, you can access the Gear menu at a Base Camp (not a simple small camp, but the one marked with the tent icon on the map). As for the Hitman weapons, they're for the multiplayer, you can select them in the Loadouts menu.
