Cheaters and people who generally want to ruin your fun

I've had enough of people using the trainer and cheating during game: you know, that guy who keeps jumping into YOUR BASE or that you can't kill even when you sneak behind him and try to jam your pickaxe into his skull but somehow the game glitches and stops you from delivering the killing blow (trainer prevents the kill...), or that other idiot shooting 10 bombs at you one after the other, even if those are supposed to be capped at 3...

These cheats might be OK for single player (if you can't play the game, but whatever, it's your fun you are ruining so, no problem) but absolutely ruin it for other people when competing against each other.
I think this is one of the most serious issues with multiplayer and would like to see it adressed as soon as possible.

Another problem are those malicious people who just want to ruin the game for you: in fact I can think of one player who just plays to kill his own team-mates (I don't want to resort to blacklisting, but in EVERY SINGLE GAME I SAW HIM PLAY he just worked AGAINST HIS TEAM-MATES shooting boombs at them while they tried to paly against the other team). When this happens it's pretty frustrating and makes you want to ista-quit the game. Also consider that these people also like to use cheats so you cannot even retaliate affectively against them.

In my opinion getting a way to report these kind of people would help a lot towards a better gaming experience.

Agreed, Ive seen a player [this morning was the latest time] shoot my land mines I had placed in choke points. At first I thought it was just accidental but then I saw him/her doing it every single time I placed one. Either team griefing or trying to prevent me from getting kills. Either way, a arsehole thing to do. Block feature would have been nice.

I've seen the things you post about too. Plus people that can fire the bow and get kills as fast as I can fire my pistol.

shooting my 100% damage gun into someones face and they lose about 50% of their health.
Then i get shot super accuratley by them with the pistol and i die.

Also Laser guns !!!!!! seen some really good shooting from impossible distances by what seems to be laser guns. killing me instantly.

And the bows........ i shoot you with my naplam loaded bow and you lose some health, but hit me with your bow and i die dramatically flying through the air instantly.

but im sure no one is cheating.

Is there no security/anti-cheat protection in Multiplayer?

I had an issue yesterday where this guy had a speed hack and kept boasting how no one would hit him. Me and a fellow team mate where able to kill him 4 times and by the 5th kill we would have won and some how my cross fire disappeared at the last minute when I had him in my sights and I couldn't pull the trigger. Reminded me of the block they place on SP where you can't shoot Whitman at the beach.

I agree with these issues of people cheating, using hacks. It actually frooze my game for few minute and could here someone activating a cheat as they read it. It in turn kicked my mate out of the game. With the grenade guy, he end up camping a tower and just non stop taking people out with it. I find these cheaters very irritating and end up ruin the game for everyone. It is TR multiplayer there not much to gain from it all only the fact you can have good fun with people online and friend. But this how ever is getting ruined. I do think that the TR team need to address these issues very fast and should of though of preventing this issues in the first place and setting up and support system were people can be flagged for cheating.
