Multiplayer NOT working.

Tried to play the multiplayer mode numerous times, it allows me to start but there are no servers, players and I cant find any kind of lobby with players in it apart from me, for any game mode. I can also create my own game. But I cant find any players or games alike online! Help? I have also tried Quick Match and all modes and levels of Find Match, but no one is there.

If Find Match nets no results try Quick Match.

I have already tried quick match too, when you try quick match or find match do you always get a lobby with some players in it, or do you have to wait for a while?

It should tell you that the match is found, then you go to a lobby.
Just tried it, found a match in one second.

I have the same issue,I keep trying quick match, and nothing. i can try for an hour before i get into a game! But i dont want to be doing this each time i want to play multiplayer! Please help

i was doing fine till i crashed and had to update, now i cant get into any matches just keeps putting me in my own lobby

I think you are only matched with people playing the same version, so that might be the problem.

But i have the same version as everyone else, dont I? It updated, just like everyone else so it should be the same. Ive been reading that alot of people have the same issue........hopefully they will fix it soon.

While updates are automatic, there is a number of people for whom patches break things. That's why there is an option to choose your desirable game version. By the way you should check if you indeed use the latest available version or if you are opt in a beta thus not getting updates.

Hmm this is getting confusing, when do you get the option to choose your game version? and Beta?
I just brought the pc version the updates were automatic.

Thanks heaps for everyones comments! I found the problem was my patience. If there wasnt a match available (which there wasnt often enough) I just had to wait until people joined it. I still experience a lot of crashes, and a few freezes. Thankfully I love this game enough to ignore those faults. Once again, thank you everyone for you time! :)

turn off the dlc levels in matchmaking options for multiplayer. this seems to fix the matching problems for me.

So stupid! I bought the multiplayer maps, and now there's literally no one to play with. Really disappointed!
