Caught everything in the game but it only gives me 98%

I bought the "Survival Edition" and recently completed the game but, it only gives me the score of 98% despise I caught everything in the game, all GPS, all Relics, all documents and all the rest. Completed the game but not only doesn't give 100% but also didn't unlock gallery 18 on concept art option.
Did this happen to anyone else?

Seems the 2 most common things with completion are Cliffside Bunker (area with no fast travel), or the bug with the Minesweeper challenge where it only recognizes 9/10 of the mines.

lol crap spent an hour trying to find that last mine... and im sure i got em all.

Well, I'm pretty certain that I have everything cause the game tells me so. I have 100% on all locations. Maybe when I caught the last sun totem in Research station, despise the game saying i had all of them i may not have. The game had an error on that exact moment and went to desktop. When I came back to the game it said I have all of 5 sun totems so I've continued the game but it may be a glitch. It seems I have to start all over again (new game) just to be sure of this.

That's not the problem. I got the related achievement for getting everything which makes this even werdier.

Okay, I think I solve the problem after a 2nd walkthrough. At least I already unlocked the gallery it was missing in Concept Art and that's good news. I believe now it's possible to get 100% in my game. Thanks everyone who replied.

You have to go to the research facility. It's not available on the quick travel menu so you have to go there manually from the shipwrecked beach. There are objectives there that will get you to 100% if you've done everything else.

I think that anyone understood my problem. My english is not perfect and I'm sorry for that. I'm portuguese.
The thing was when I shot the last sun totem in Research Station, the game crashed on that exact moment. When I got back into the game, it said I've got all 5 sun totems and so I got 100% on that location. The problem was, when the game crashed, it didn't gave time to save and unlock a gallery in Concept Art like it should. That's why in the end of the game it did'nt recognise as 100% acomplished. In my 2nd walkthrough I already passed the same area with the sun totems to shoot and I finally got the Concept Art that was missing. Hopefully now, since I'm almost at the end of the game again, it will provide me with 100% complete.

Mine last find was Minesweeper was bug - no glow yellow it was out at the sea look hard it was there...it was night time it making so hard see...I got all 100% then straight to finish the game...

I didn't want to finish the game without having everything in the game like I said before, so yes, I upgraded everything and every gun before the "point of no return". My problem was solved after a 2nd walkthrough. I finally have 100%. Too bad there is no "new game +" or something. I wouldn't mind to play for a 3rd time.

I got everything completed 100% (cliffside bunker too) got all the journals and all the additional staff but saved game is still 98%. Actually now there are two 98% saved games on my computer. I've finished the TR twice with 98. Any suggestions?

And I get the "inconviebable!" and the "no stone left unturned" achievement.
And I have all the tombs... WTF?

That's really strange..Do you have all the artwork? After a 2nd walkthrough I solve my problem, but it seems that's not your case. You have to got all upgrades for everything as well. If you have really everything then I don't have a clue...sorry :(
