The bush in the entrance of the house is not passable. Tried every angle. Can't get in the house

Some of the games are extremely laggy. I also bought Poop Killer 8 but it's barely playable as it's so clippy and laggy. Any help with this?

I can't use the telephone any more, even when I should, so I can't progress in the game any more.

The stairs are too high to walk on and I don't think there's jumping. So once you step in the basement it's all over, you can't go back (and I think you're supposed to, so you throw away the garbage).

Finished the game, got caught first time and escaped with the police the second time but it didnt unlock when finishing the game. help?
