why do i keep on dying by nothing ive been deleted die in nexus and now ive had it kabam if you can hear me i want my hydra agateclaw and baneserpent poisen

You didn't die in Nexus. You died in the realm, but there was enough lag for your client to not realize it until you had already been shown the Nexus. This is not Kabam's fault. This is caused by lag on your end. Sorry for your loss, but they will not refund your items or characters.

what im trying to say is either someone hacked into my account and deleting my chars or my computer is having a fit

Must you edit the OP like that? If you believe your character was deleted, and not killed, then you should sumbit a support ticket to WildShadow. They can restore deleted characters. You can either fill out the form at http://blog.wildshadow.com/support (be sure to include an email address so they can contact you) or send them an email directly at [e-mail]. If you use the form, select Something Else in the first drop-down box.
